Please Note: Lobsters Can Not Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes. Live Lobsters should not be sent as a surprise, it is best to send as a Gift Certificate. Next day orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. E.S.T. No deliveries on Sunday or Monday. All Saturday deliveries require an additional $15 Shipping. All Hawaii deliveries require an additional $15 shipping. Some Rural locations can not accept Saturday deliveries.

We ship strong, hand-picked lobsters packaged in a refrigerated, insulated carton.

We ship directly to your door via overnight Fed-Ex service for delivery to you Tuesday through Saturday. If you wish to track your package, please call after 2:00pm EST for the tracking number. You will then be able to go to the Fed-Ex Tracking site to Check on the delivery progress of your order.

You should be aware that some rural areas in the United States require an additional $15 for shipment, and these same areas do not allow for Saturday delivery. All Saturday arrivals require an additional $15 per order.

All prices include freight and packaging and are based on standard overnight deliveries arriving Tuesdays through Fridays. Due to the nature of our product, it is recommended that the recipient be home to sign for the delivery. Should the shipment be sent with a signature release, our guarantee does not apply. If you wish to surprise someone special, we encourage sending a gift certificate.

If your order is not received in good condition on the date you specify, we will replace it or refund your money - Guaranteed!
