- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut up and chilled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
- 1-2 dashes of celery salt, optional
Directions:
- Blend lobster meat with mayonaise and add celery.
- Mix well and let stand in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Split and toast four hamburger or hot dog rolls and spread with melted butter. Rolls may also be buttered on the outside and grilled in the frying pan.
- Fill rolls with lobster mixture and serve.
