Maine's Own Lobster Roll

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut up and chilled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1-2 dashes of celery salt, optional

Directions:

  1. Blend lobster meat with mayonaise and add celery.
  2. Mix well and let stand in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Split and toast four hamburger or hot dog rolls and spread with melted butter. Rolls may also be buttered on the outside and grilled in the frying pan.
  4. Fill rolls with lobster mixture and serve.
