Ingredients
- 4-6 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375*.
- Lay your lobster tail flat on a cutting board, and with a sharp knife, slice down the middle of the back. (Be sure not to cut all thw way through the bottom of the shell). Gently open the shell like a book, exposing the lobster meat. Place your first two fingers under the meat and slowly pull it out of the shell. Add a little water to the baking dish to make sure the lobster tail won't stick.
- Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika to color.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. The meat should be white in appearance when fully cooked. Serve with lemon and melted butter.
