Basic Boiled Lobster

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Lobsters
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 LARGE pot of water (Large enough to submerge lobsters)

Directions:

Bring the water, with the wine added, to a full boil. Drop the lobsters in the water, head first. Once the water comes to a boil again, cook the lobsters for 15-20 minutes, depending on size.

NOTE: If the lobsters are over 2 pounds each, boil them for an additional 5-8 minutes.
