Winter Harbor Salmon Side **48 Hour Notice Required**

Winter Harbor is a farm raised smoked Atlantic salmon robust in flavor.  The fillets are covered in a flavorful dry brine with our own special mixture of herbs and spices.  These delicately cold smiked fillets are lightly trimmed and machine sliced.  The sides are then carefully reformed onto a gold foil board and vaccum packed.  Winter Harbor sides are ideal for any occasion.

Naturally cold smoked using Maine fruitwood and hardwoods.  Tablet K Kosher certified, non-GMO, gluten free, Trans fat free.

1.75-2.75 lbs per side.  Approximately 45-65 slices.
