Mussels

The Blue Mussel can be found anywhere on the shore attached to rocks, piers, and other structures near the tide lines.  Our Mussels are rope grown, farmed, mussels that are very clean and have a great sweet, slightly salty flavor.  They can be served as an appetizer or as a meal all on their own.  Steamed in white wine with garlic, a crusty baguette, and a glass of your favorite wine you'll have a meal that you will remember for a long time.

There are approximately 12-15 mussels per pound and we recommend a serving size of 1 pound.
