Maine Shrimp Meat, frozen

Maine Shrimp Meat is harvested during the cold Maine Shrimp Season which typically lasts from December until sometime in the spring.  It is flash frozen so that we can enjoy it year round. Shrimp is one of the few seafood products that freezes well and maintains it texture and taste. This means you get a taste of one of Maine's delicacies year round.

Maine shrimp are smaller than their larger and more familiar cousins. They are prized for their sweet, delicate meat that requires little, if any, cooking time. It can be steamed, fried, sautéed, used in chowders, casseroles, salads, or on a sandwich.
