Crabmeat, Fresh Picked

This succulant crabmeat is picked from the Maine Rock Crab.  Also known as the Sand Crab or Bay Crab a few years ago became commonly refered to as Peekytoe Crabs.  For many years they were just a throwaway by-poduct of the lobster industry but have come to stand on their own as a delicacy.  Great in bique, cakes, or stuffings they are best known here on a sandwhich.

Fresh and locally picked.  Sold in 8 oz. containers.
